The live stations for dosas and omelettes added an interactive element, allowing guests to savor the flavors fresh off the griddle. I found the wide array of coffee options particularly charming, a perfect companion to the delightful vista from my balcony overlooking the lush open garden of the restaurant. For dinner, I indulged in their global cuisine offerings. I was particularly captivated by the Italian and Mexican selections, each dish showcasing a thoughtful balance of flavors. The cocktail and mocktail menu was equally appealing, crafted to enhance the dining experience available in the inviting poolside setting. Murali at reception was incredibly helpful, ensuring our stay was seamless. The hotel provided a memorable escape for culinary enthusiasts like myself.
